Dwight began his career in 1997.
He is a graduate of the Department of Criminal Justice Training at Eastern Kentucky University.
Continuing his education in Law Enforcement, he has received in-service training in Field Training Officer 1, Defensive
Driving, Radar Certification, Basic Breath Test Operator, Patrol and Traffic Skills Revisited, and Homeland Security.
Dwight has had the opportunity to train with Allen County's own, Advance Canine Academy.
Trainer Gene England provided a dual purpose narcotics detector dog which allowed the Sheriff's Department another
tool to fight the use and trafficing of illegal drugs.
In addition, Dwight is a Carry Concealed Deadly
Weapons (CCDW) instructor for the Sheriff's Office.

Chad began his career in 1999.
He is a graduate of the Department of Criminal Justice Training at Eastern Kentucky University.
Continuing his education in Law Enforcement, he has received in-service training in, Interview and Interrogation, Police and
Public Safety, Beyond a Traffic Ticket, Police Photography, Patrol/Traffic Skill Revisited, Terrorism, and Homeland Security,
Defensive Tactics Instructor. Chad is also the Ky-ops supervisor for the Sheriff's Office. Ky-ops is an computer
application, provided by the State of Kentucky, used to report all accident, crime, and citations to the Kentucky
State Police Records Division. Chad was also the editor of this web site.

Detective Charles "Charlie" Drummond |
|
|
Charlie served in the United
States Marine Corp before starting with the Sheriff's Office. He enlisted in 1994 and completed active service in 1998.
Charlie began his career in 1999. He is a graduate of the Department of Criminal
Justice Training at Eastern Kentucky University.
Continuing his education in Law
Enforcement, he has received in-service training in, Tactical Shotgun, Marksmanship, Forensic Art & Investigative
Techniques, Field Training Officer 1, Basic Investigations, Defensive Driving, Certified Methamphetamine Lab Technician (for
dismantling meth labs), and Homeland Security.
Charlie is a Carry Concealed Deadly
Weapons (CCDW) Instructor for the Sheriff's Office. He is also a certified Glock Armorer, trained to disassemble our duty
weapons and repair any problems with the weapons.
In January of 2007, Charlie became
General Investigations Detective.

Jordan started his service in
April 2008. In September 2008, Jordan will attend The Department of Criminal Justice Basic Training At Eastern Kentucky University.
